Zuppalatte is the original Colussi dry biscuit with a delicate and timeless taste produced already at the beginning of the '900. Five layers of dough spread still hot, then superimposed for an imitative peeling.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour 78%, sugar, sunflower oil 7%, whole pasteurized fresh milk 5%, glucose syrup, raising agents: ammonium acid carbonate, sodium acid carbonate, dextrose ,emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt, aroma. May contain eggs and mustard.
