Fresh, soft and elegant wine. Ruby color with violet reflections. Enveloping, easy to drink and with a pleasantly sweet finish.
VINIFICATION
after a cold maceration in the box of the grapes for 5 days, the vinification is carried out in steel tanks with the cap system emerged for 7 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled and kept around 25 ºC. Malolactic fermentation takes place at the end of fermentation and racking is completed.
AGEING
ages for 5 months in steel tanks and 2 in bottles.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
