How to prepare:
You add: 500 g of cream cheese, 150 ml of milk (preferably whole or partially skimmed), 85 g of butter. PREPARE THE BISCUIT BASE Assemble the cookie mold and put it on a plate. Melt the butter on a moderate flame, remove it from the heat, add the biscuit base and mix well. Distribute on the mold by pressing well with a spoon to obtain a uniform and compact bottom, as desired create a basket with an edge of about 1 cm. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. PREPARE THE CREAM Pour the cold milk from the refrigerator into a bowl with high sides together with the cream cheese. Work with the electric mixer at low speed until you get a homogeneous compound. Add the cream preparation and knead for 3 minutes at maximum speed. Distribute the cream on the base of biscuit and level. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving, remove the mold with a wet knife. For slicing, we recommend that you always wet the knife.
