The naturally leavened panettone is enriched with a new prestigious ingredient: pistachio. The delicious pistachio cream filling and the caramelized pistachios are able to surprise even the most demanding palates.
Ingredients:
Soft wheat flour type "0", pistachio cream (14.4%) (glucose syrup- fructose, water, pistachio paste (14% equal to 2% on the finished product), dextrose, sugar, skimmed milk powder, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, flavorings, salt, thickeners: pectin; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; preservatives: potassium sorbate; colourants: carrot concentrates, spirulina, pumpkin), fresh eggs, sugar, dark chocolate (10.4%) (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: soy lecithin), butter (milk)Natural yeast (wheat), Glucose syrup-fructose, Garnish grain (3.3%) (pistachios, sugar), Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Alcohol, Salt, Skimmed milk powder, Flavourings.
