Grapes: Pecorino d’Abruzzo.
Production area: Medium-textured clay soil from the provinces of Pescara and Chieti. System of breeding tent and espalier.

The wines of the line “Tralcetto” are represented by the typical vine sprig on the neck of the bottle and symbolize the deeper roots on which the link between wine and territory is based. These trellises are harvested after annual pruning in the vineyards of our beautiful region and placed by hand on each bottle with an ancient and artisanal gesture that brings a touch of magic to tables around the world.

Soft pressing of the grapes, cryo-maceration, vacuum pressing to extract only the flower must, cold wort smoothing and fermentation of only the clear fraction at low temperature in stainless steel. Due to its acidity and structure characteristics, it has good longevity in the bottle.

Straw yellow color tending towards greenish, with slight golden reflections. On the nose it is fragrant and powerful with notes of yellow flowers and fruit and references to aromatic herbs, such as thyme and mint. In the mouth it is shown to be in continuous balance between thickness and freshness and salinity.

Food pairings: Excellent with cooked and raw fish dishes, aperitifs and light appetizers. Perfect pairing with fish-based pizzas.
