Production area: The mid-hill vineyards of the Adige Valley and mainly of the Valley of the Lakes.

Grape varieties: Exclusively white Sauvignon grapes, with low yields.
A plant of good vigor, it has a compact and winged cylindrical cluster with green-yellow, pruinose grapes. Generally matures in the second mid-September.

Winemaking and aging: The grapes, destemmed and pressed, are and subjected to cold maceration for approximately 12 hours, in contact with the peel and then pressed softly; fermentation takes place at controlled temperature and, after a short period of refinement in stainless steel, yes proceeds to bottling.

Total acidity: 6 g/l - Dry extract net: 20 g/l - Residual sugars: dry - Contains sulphites.
Organoleptic characteristics: Golden yellow wine clear, with a characteristic scent due to the hints of sage and elderflower; dry, delicate, characteristic flavour, with a pleasant acidic vein.
Pairing: White meats, vegetable dishes, pasta salads, fish not too tasty.
