Zaccagnini's dealcoholized red wine is born from a process of evaporation and condensation of alcohol, during which the aromas are recovered and reintegrated into the final product. The result is a wine with a very low alcohol content, sometimes zero, which retains its sensory richness intact. Soft and fragrant, it releases intense aromas of small red fruits with delicate spicy notes.
