Grape variety: 

The Florio Winery has always been synonymous with great Marsalas. Vecchio Florio is a Marsala Superiore, the result of a blend of Grillo and Cataratto grapes that they age for 30 months in ancient oak barrels.  

Its distinctive feature comes from the grape harvest, which takes place at a very advanced stage of ripening, giving this Sicilian wine hints of raisins, bitter almonds, spices, and vanilla, typical aromas of Marsala.

Service Temperature: As an aperitif 8°- 10°C For dessert and meditation 14°- 16° C.
