The Pinot Noir Tramin has a ruby red color, embellished with garnet shades. The scent plays on notes reminiscent of raspberry, berries and earth. In taste it proves to be balanced and endowed with great finesse. You can feel the crunchiness of the fruit and the silky tannin, integrated into a full and composed body. It is characterized by a verticality of freshness, which enriches the sip of drinkability. Ideal to complete the picture of a perfect South Tyrolean dinner, of which this typical red represents the essence.     

Grapes used: Pinot Nero100%.

WINEMAKING: Fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature in barriques and large barrels, with daily re-storage and submersion of the pomace.

Longevity: You can let it rest in the cellar peacefully for 3-4 years.

Service Temperature: 16-18 °C.
