The "1932" Negroamaro Salento IGT is a renowned Apulian red wine produced by the historic Produttori winery of Manduria. The "1932" line celebrates the year the cooperative was founded. This wine expresses in a fresh and immediate way the typical characteristics of the native Salento grape variety.

GRAPE VARIETY: Negroamaro.

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested from 15-35 year old vines in mid-September. The wines are matured in stainless steel tanks and then aged in the bottle.
Color: Deep ruby red.
Aroma: Intense note of red berry fruits (blueberry, blackberry, black cherry), with spicy notes typical of the variety.
Taste: Delicate, balanced and extremely pleasant, with sweet tannins and persistent closure.

Food pairings: It pairs perfectly with: Savory first courses with meat sauces. Grilled or roasted red meats. Medium-aged cured meats and cheeses from the Apulian tradition.
