The pistachio Colombelle are inspired by the Tuscan pastry tradition and enrich it with flavor. The aromatic and crunchy almonds, still slowly worked in stone today, combine with the unique flavor of pistachios, an essential delight, to create a dovecote with a delicate taste and a pleasant aroma.
