The Hazelnut Colombelle are inspired by the Tuscan pastry tradition and enrich it with flavor. The aromatic and crunchy almonds, still slowly worked in stone today, combine with the flavor of hazelnuts, an essential delight, to create a dove with an enveloping taste and an essential flavor.  A unique pleasure for the palate!

Sugar – almonds 33% – toasted hazelnuts 14% – icing sugar 6.5% (sugar, corn starch) – soluble chicory fiber – pasteurized fresh egg white from land rearing – flavorings – preservative: sorbic acid – leavening agent: ammonium acid carbonate – salt.
