The traditional and delicious margherita cake is homemade but ready in a few minutes and to be enriched as desired thanks to the suggestions on the back!
How to prepare:
Turn the oven on to 165°C. Open envelope. Butter and flour bottom and edge of a cake pan Ø 22 cm. Pour the dough into the mold and level it. You can also use a 25cm long plum cake mold, a donut mold (Ø 24cm) or a 4-portion rectangular aluminum mold (17X22cm). Cook on the bottom shelf for 35-45 minutes. You can check the correct cooking by inserting a toothpick into the center of the dessert, if it remains clean the dessert is cooked. For muffins: Turn the oven on to 165°C and distribute the dough into 12 molds (Ø 7 cm). Cook on a baking tray on the medium shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes and check the cooking with the toothpick. For the holidays you can use 2 packs, even of different flavours, in a larger cake pan (Ø 28 - 30 cm), baking the cake at 165°C for 55-65 minutes. Store the product ready for consumption in a cool, dry place and consume within 2 days.
