Try the new layered kefir dessert with crispy cookie crumble, soft cream and berry topping. You prepare it in just 10 minutes, add only white kefir in a jar!
Kefircake is a new dessert preparation that contains everything you need to prepare in just 10 minutes a fresh, creamy and super original dessert. In the package you find crumble of biscuit, prepared for cream and topping with berries: for 2/3 servings, you add only 150g of white kefir in a jar!
Ingredients to add: 150 g white kefir.
Pour the kefir in a jar and the cream preparation into a bowl with high sides.
Mix with the electric mixer for 3 minutes at medium speed for an optimal result. If you don’t have a shaker, you can use a spoon: the cream will be softer and less bulky.
In 2-3 single portion containers, divide the crumble into equal parts.
Add the cream and garnish with the berry topping.
We advise you to taste the desserts after 1 hour of fridge: they will have reached the perfect consistency.
Store the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator and consume it within 2 days.
Extra idea: you can also prepare your dessert with white greek yogurt or white skyr. Depending on the ingredients you choose, taste and texture may vary.

BERRY GARNISH (30 G; 30%): Sugar, berries in varying proportion 35% (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries,blackberries), glucose-fructose syrup, water, modified starch, thickener (carrageenan), acidity regulator (citric acid), aroma MAY CONTAIN WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOYA.
