Ingredients:
Prepared for dessert (2x70g): sugar, starch, gelling agent: carrageenan, flavourings, salt, colours: curcumin, arnatto, caramelized (2x30g, 30%): glucose syrup, caramelised sugars, glucose-fructose syrup, the product may contain traces of wheat, milk, eggs, nuts and soy.
Instructions for use and preparation of the product:
Add 1⁄2 liter of milk to the contents of a bag.
1 Distribute the caramelized of one sachet in 4 moulds (or in a large mold).
2 Mix the contents of a large bag in a small pot with milk added little by little, obtaining a cream without lumps.
3 Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes on medium heat while stirring.
4 Pour the cream into the moulds. The Crème Caramel can be unformed after at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Store the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days.
