The Salamella Romana is characterized by the typical horseshoe shape and produced with pork, aromas and spices.
It is a typical product of the Roman tradition with medium grinding, prepared by the greatest masters salumai, who follow the oldest techniques, typical of the local tradition.
The choice of raw materials and the perfect combination of spices, determine the taste of excellence of this Italian salami. And as if it were not enough the careful seasoning, adds that extra touch, which enhances the uniqueness of this masterpiece of taste.

The Salamella Romana, unlike that produced in northern Italy, is always "folded" in U, taking the typical shape of a horseshoe. A technique that has always been used to keep the product soft and fluffy.
