The soft Pandoro cake enriched with chocolate chips

Pandoro with a rich heart of exqusite chocolate cream. Made precious thanks to a decoration of sweetened cocoa.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, sugar, eggs, butter (milk), glucose- fructose syrup, natural yeast (wheat), chocolate (1,7%) (low-fat cocoa powder, sugar, cocoa butter), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; dextrose, alcohol, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, milk powder, salt, flavourings, egg yolk, thickener: pectin; preservative: potassium sorbate. Sweetened cocoa sachet (3,2%) (low-fat cocoa powder, sugar, wheat starch). May contain soy, nuts.
