The soft and fragrant paste of Pandoro Balocco with delicate lemon cream and powdered sugar. Our Pandoro, stuffed with lemon cream, is a bakery confectionery product with natural leavening, traditionally prepared with exclusive use of ingredients not genetically modified. The weight includes the impalpable sugar sachet.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - eggs* 18,2% fresh - sugar - lemon cream 15[sugar - water - glucose syrup - vegetable oils and fats (sunflower - palm - rape) - skimmed milk powder - egg yolk* fresh 5% corresponding to 0.8% of the total ingredients - infusion of Sicilian lemons 2% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - thickeners: pectin - natural aromas - preservatives: potassium sorbate] - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - skimmed milk powder - natural aroma.
May contain nuts, soy and mustard.
Impalpable sugar sachet 3% (sugar - wheat starch - aromas).
