Roccocò is a Neapolitan sweet made with almonds, flour, sugar, candied fruit and Neapolitan pisto, which is a mixture of various spices. Roccocò is baked in the oven and has a rounded shape similar to that of a crushed donut of the average size of 10 cm. It is a particularly hard cookie that can be softened by wetting it in vermouth, sparkling wine, white wine or marsala.

Ingredients:

Rococco: Flour type "0", sugar, water, almonds, honey, pisto napoletano (cinnamon, cejlon, confetti, star anise, cloves), eggs.
