The curd after natural acidification is spun and formed hot. The Controlled Chain Certification guarantees the control of all the elements that contribute to the final success of the product from the feeding of the animals destined for milk production in compliance with the complete traceability.
Provoletta, Salamino and Provolina. They are the whole products of small size that distinguish the range of Provolone Fattorie Cremona Piccoli. The different shapes testify to the versatility of this product which, traditionally, was consumed fresh, in small sizes and required a short aging, but sufficient to give the typical and characteristic taste. The Provolone Fattorie Cremona Piccoli, with a soft dough, is available both in the spicy version with a distinctly tasty taste (Provoletta and Salamino), and in the sweet one, where it preserves all the delicacy of the taste of milk (Provolina). The products are also available with fixed weight in flow-pack.
