Latteria Soresina, dolce Soresina (pancetta) , whole mild provolone dolce, circa 6kg.
We use a special rennet to create Mild Provolone Soresina cheese, carefully controlling the short ageing process. We still make it by hand with milk from our cows and certify it through supply chain controls that respect the environment.
