Intenso is a mono-cultivar extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Coratina olives. It has an intense fruity bouquet, with a pleasant hint of almond, artichoke and a final hint of green tomato. It is especially indicated for red meat, pulses, soup, raw and cooked vegetables
