Being obtained only by pressing olives with mechanical methods - cold extract and unfiltered - they preserve all the most important organoleptic properties, taste, fragrance and flavours typical of this area.
Delicato is obtained from the blend of two types of olives: Coratina and Ogliarola. It can be used with different types of food. It is especially indicated for fish, white meat, raw and cooked vegetables.
